The head of «Prima Media» agency met with HSTV students

The High School of Television keeps up its own tradition to invite famous media personalities to tell students about the profession. This time, the head of “Prima Media” news agency, Victor Sukhanov, came to meet with future TV-journalists.

He told the audience about his own student-life, about what difficulties he faced as a young journalist. He also recalled how the most popular news agency of the Primorskiy region was founded and made its way to the top.

- You can achieve a lot if you have a wish to reach your goal. It was an idea that came first, and only after it the agency appeared - the guest noted.

Speaking of the complexity of the profession chosen by the HSTV students, Victor Sukhanov stated that a good journalist should be, first of all, erudite.

- Read more books and newspapers - he advised - there is nothing to talk about with a person who doesn’t read. Anyone who belongs to our profession should know how the text “works” and how it “lives”. The faster you feel the working process, the better. We have a unique profession. Media is what is around us.
